Story Discussions

I'm not going to make the list for this one. I'll just bring the books in, and you can choose (or you can choose other collections of short stories--I just ask that it be 2 collections you've never read before.)

You will be reading the entire collection and writing up a brief response to the book as a whole.

You will also be responsible for making a copy of a story from this collection and giving it to me the week before we'll have a story discussion on it. I will then make a pdf of the story and make it available to the class.

During the class, you'll lead the discussion on this story. Basically you'll be talking with the class about why you chose the story and what you felt that you learned from reading it.
